EDUCATIONAL CURRICULA
Trillium Institute offers presentations on various topics for every level of medical and healthcare-related education. We offer traditional lectures (in-person and virtual), workshops, seminars, and mentoring for undergraduate and graduate healthcare students, med students, nursing students, residents, and attending physicians. Contact Sandy Reatini at sandy.reatini@trilliuminstitute.org if you’re interested in having our faculty present to your group or team.
ROTATIONS
Medical students and residents who participate in hospice, palliative medicine, end-of-life care, and pain management rotations receive training that gives them the tools they need for optimal communication to patients and their families about life-defining illnesses as well as symptom management protocols. These are part of required rotations for 2nd year Michigan State University medical students and several residency programs and are available for elective experiences as well. Students, residents, or fellows interested in completing an elective, or physicians interested in shadowing experiences should contact Sandy Reatini at sandy.reatini@trilliuminstitute.org.

THE IMPACT OF TRAINING:
“The fellowship has blessed my life in ways I never thought possible. I am not only a better physician because of it, but I feel that I am a better human.”
